NSBS is a nationally representative branch organization representing the interests of the transport, freight forwarding and logistics industries.
"FREIGHT FORWARDING AND LOGISTIC SERVICES are all services relating to the transport, consolidation, storage, handling, packaging or distribution of the goods, provision of consultancy services, customs representation, insurance of the goods, collection or provision of payment or documents related to the goods. OVERALL MANAGEMENT ON SUPPLY CHAIN ".

The membership in NSBS entitles to use the General Terms and Conditions and the FIATA's freight forwarding documents and forms, the use of the NSBS logo and the FIATA logo on the company’ documents, right to apply for an individual FIATA membership and preferential conditions for vocational training at the Learning Center - NSBS.

Regular members of NSBS might be commercial companies that are carrying out fright forwarding, logistics, warehousing, courier, customs and other related activities (provided that the forwarding and logistics activities are leading) for at least one financial year.
An associate member of NSBS might be a commercial entity that does not meet all the conditions for a regular member, in case the subject of its activity is accompanying the logistics process or carry out an ancillary trade in the supply chain.
