The Transport Arbitrage (TA) with NSBS is an institutional, permanent, domestic, specialized (for transport and forwarding), of open type (not only for members) Arbitrage. The Statute provides for additional conciliation, which allows mediation by experts in disputes in the field of transport.
We aim to:
- Introduce European dispute settlement policies outside state institutions and courts.
- NSBS Transport Arbitrage to become a place for resolving trade disputes in a fast, efficient, inexpensive and modern way.
