On May 31, 2026, FIATA celebrates its 100th anniversary – an impressive anniversary that symbolizes a century of professional leadership, international cooperation and contribution to the development of global logistics and international trade.
Founded in 1926 in Vienna, FIATA has established itself as the global voice of the freight forwarding industry, uniting national associations and logistics companies from all over the world. For a century, the Federation has actively worked to create international standards, develop professional qualifications, promote digitalization and sustainability, as well as to protect the interests of the freight forwarding sector before international institutions.
On the occasion of this significant anniversary, the Bulgarian National Freight Forwarding Association (NSBS) extends its warmest congratulations to the management, members and partners of FIATA around the world.
For the Bulgarian Freight Forwarders Association, FIATA membership is not only a recognition of belonging to the most authoritative international professional organization in the sector, but also an opportunity to actively participate in building the future of global logistics.
